Looks like we will be getting some new eyeshadow palettes from Estee Lauder in the fall! All ten palettes will be joining the Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipsticks which were previously launched in early spring. From what I have heard around the blogosphere is that five new shades of the lipstick and five new shades of the Pure Color Nail Laqures will also be released with the new palettes.
To be honest, I'm not overly excited by what I see. While there are ten palettes, I get the impression that there may not be much diversification in the looks that could be created. For example, Rebel Metal, Fiery Saffron and Defiantly Nude look like they would give you a bronze eyelook...so why make three so similar? Don't get me wrong, their appears to be a few palettes with some unique colour combinations sure to give you diversified looks, like Untamed Teal, Infamous Sky and Currant Desire. As for the texture, formula and colour payoff? I guess we will just have to wait and see.
They appear to be currently available in the U.S. on lordandtaylor.com. However, my other sources state that they will not be available in the U.S. till August and internationally till September. I'll keep hunting and let you all know!
